It's been awhile people. But I'm back and better than ever.lol.. Today I am going to introduce you to a hot producer who some may know and others may not know, and also an unsigned artist that represents his self well in Milwaukee, WI. No, I will not be giving you a biography of their life but I will be informing you of who they are and what they do.
John SK. Mcgee
SK as many may call him is a producer who works with Songbook Entertainment. He is from North Carolina and the southern accent shows. SK is a very humble and dedicated young man who was introduced to Troy Taylor(producer/songbook ceo) through MySpace. SK fled the scene with Love Safari and has worked with Trey Songz, Ginuwine, J Holiday, and Tiffany Evans (just to name a few). Recently SK has Co-Produced Trey Songz songs Famous, Does She Know, Infidelity, You Belong To Me, & On Top. SK is committed to music and it shows in his work. I know I'm not the only person that turns up "you belong to me" in my car as loud as it goes, like I have no worries in the world. SK's music is like an outlet to me. Personally I haven't heard a beat by SK that doesn't go hard. On that note be on the look out for him. SK is willing to work with new artist.

Jaye Cane was born in my lovely hometown Milwaukee, WI. He is a rapper/songwriter/
producer who goes hard for his music. I truly respect him for that. Jaye Cane is very talented and he talks about experiences that many of us can relate to. Although I do not know Jaye Cane personally, I can say I have grown to love this guy because he is so dedicated to his music. And trust me I do not use the word dedicated lightly. This guy really doesn’t sleep. He is currently UNSIGNED and is looking for a label. Be on the look out for him. Jaye Cane's single "Over Love" is hot. R.I.P. MJ
Michael Jackson was the king of pop. He died at a very young age. MJ will truly be missed not only by us in America but by the world. I wanted to write a blog the day that he died but it was kind of hard to do so. My prayers goes out to the Jackson family and friends. R.I.P MICHAEL JACKSON ~1958-2009~

UNSIGNED Series 1
Unsigned is a blog about artist that I know or who I have come to know via facebook, myspace, or twitter. This blog is for promotional purposes. Feel free to comment about the artist music and contact them about there music if you like it. I will continue to do this Unsigned series either every 2 weeks or every month depending on how many artist I have at the time. With that being said the Groups and Artist for the first Unsigned Series are Prime Time, Get Money Team (G.M.T), and Da' Colonel.
Primetime
The members of Prime Time are Mr. Smooth and Bran Deezy. They were born and raised in Lithonia GA and that's where they currently live. Their Genre of music is Rap. Prime Time was inspired to rap by all the rappers before them who started out from nothing and came up into something through their hard-work and dedication. The group’s first single is called “Make It Look Easy” and it was inspired by America’s first African American President, Barack Obama. The song represents positive achievement on all levels.

The 3 Young men rap about the everyday lives of young black males. One of the members stated that they ONLY rap about what they really do and he said that’s rare to find in hip hop groups. He said “everything we rap about is straight honesty and we are trying to put Milwaukee on the map”. He also stated that they are not just a group, they are a movement. There Mixtape, “We Here”, will be out July 4th.

He stated that he personally likes sad music but, right now its best to stay relevant. He said he still makes those records but times are so bad that he feels like you can’t keep reminding people of sad things so, happy/club music is what frees the mind of it all. Da’ Colonel believes that Music allows you to be yourself and he said he thinks that is where other artist or just people in general go wrong. He said “you have to be true to yourself before you can put yourself in other situations”.
